food test: a christmas dinner

before celebrating a Thai Christmas – first settle the menu!
the task at hand for the kitchen staff was to prepare a variety of food for the christmas dinner.
Before guest enjoy their meal on the 24th,
haadson’s GM & management were asked to lend a helping hand (and a taste-bud or two!)
we sampled;
paneang moo (panaeng pork curry)…uuummmmm…. HS-blog091129-2…keaw waan ghai (chicken green curry)…ooohhhhHS-blog091129-3…plaa preaw waan (sweet&sour fried fish)….aaahhh

were asked up to the Terrace Restaurant,
