the ladies visit Takaupa old town to explore the Sunday walking street.
Takuapa old town is less than 20kms north of Haadson, and features authentic Sino-Portugese architecture and shop-houses. The cultural walking street occurs only on Sunday afternoons during the months of November to April
1st reason to visit: the food!
original old-school Thai snacks,
such as ‘KhaoKeapVaow’ :sweet rice flour grilled chips
also local delicacy, ‘YahChong’: fried local weeds with minishrimps
