before celebrating a Thai Christmas – first settle the menu!
the task at hand for the kitchen staff was to prepare a variety of food for the christmas dinner.
Before guest enjoy their meal on the 24th,
haadson’s GM & management were asked to lend a helping hand (and a taste-bud or two!)
we sampled;
paneang moo (panaeng pork curry)…uuummmmm….
…keaw waan ghai (chicken green curry)…ooohhhh
…plaa preaw waan (sweet&sour fried fish)….aaahhh
…..Taohu Ginger Deluxe (stir fried tofu in ginger sauce)……hhhhaaaaa……
and an assortment of terrace platter appetizers!
after the food test, both chef ‘manote M/K’ and chef ‘jame M/K’,
were asked up to the Terrace Restaurant,
where they were handed a series of comments
and below we find an item that was labelled a ‘miss’…perhaps next christmas?!?!?
