spend time with the staff who run the lobby
first up we meet ‘laem F/O’ who starts his day looking after our lobby & library sala – as they say, “cleanliness is next to go……”
then behind the reception counter, we happen to run into ms.’ae F/O’
who most of the time she is not camera shy…
at our restaurant, we find ‘ped F/O’, our driver-handyman-florist
making a ‘mess’ for the F/B staff to clean up
and below we find the products of this ‘mess’ all cleaned up and ready for presentation…
when talking about our lobby, it would be suitable to end with the introduction of ‘peak F/O’,
the head of our FrontOffice department.
as opposed to his colleagues, he prefers to exercise his mind and performs the task of processing a client booking for the high season.
