join our staff celebrations at the Terrace Restaurant
no better way to wine&dine than the HS ‘ thai style’
– on the timber floor with traditional mats
in one corner, we have ‘ laem F/O and the boys’
in the other corner sits ‘ mai & poy F/B and the girls’
amidst the party excitement, a little (indian) girl seems to have lost her way
– why little ‘india’ is in a rain coat is open for question
and for a change, ‘chef manote & ying M/K’ help out at the bar
as the party continues into the night, the awards ceremony begins
– ‘ uncle khum G/D’ receives the “haadsondearest” award
it seems that more than a few a happy for ‘uncle kum G/D’
our ever so-excited head of housekeeping, ‘nuch H/K’, receives her award
– happy smiles all around!
the main award of the night was then present to the longest working staff
– all of whom have been at HS pre-tsunami!
following on from the awards, entertainment was provided by ‘gig M/K’
and who wouldn’t pass on karaoke!?!?!
after the departure of managment, ‘chef manote M/K’ kept the staff in order
